Help!

Alright, friends. I need your help. I absolutely LOVE my new Eliza Parker Portofino By Night Dress in Black. I mean, just look at it! It's beautiful!

Here's the problem I'm having. I know precisely how I would style this during the warmer months. However, I've been struggling to figure out how style this for cooler weather. Winterized maxi dresses pose a challenge for me; I have exactly no idea how to style this. That's where you all come in!

Mr. CP and I are going to see Oklahoma on Tuesday night, and I desperately want to wear this dress. So, ladies, how would you style this? Keep in mind it needs to be weather-appropriate (i.e. suitable for chillier weather), and a wee bit dressier. I am in desperate need of some suggestions!
